Playing Kings

Place one crown in each row, column and coloured region. Crowns cannot touch, even diagonally. Double-tap to place a crown. Tap or slide to mark crosses. Undo removes your last note or move; it does not refund lives. Restart clears the attempt, including red errors, and preserves any starting crowns.

Classic mode is for complete boards. Puzzles are short tactical challenges adapted to your progress. The map records completed practice; consolidated tactics require independent successes on different positions over time.

Free play and Premium

Kings launches without advertising. Find a King, 3 Crosses and one-life revives are free. Three new tactical problems are available each local calendar day, and the first complete Tactical Hint is free. Reviews of retained completed problems are free.

Optional weekly Premium adds unlimited Tactical Hints, unlimited new problems, full-board continuation after a problem, and Expert difficulty once earned. Your localized weekly price is shown before you confirm with Apple. The interface is currently in English.

Restore or cancel a subscription

Open Kings → Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Restoring Premium restores access, not local game progress.

To manage or cancel, use Kings → Settings → Manage subscription, or your device's Apple Account subscription settings. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. For purchase or refund issues, use Apple's purchase support.

If the store is temporarily unavailable, you can continue free play. Check your connection and try restoring again later.

Local progress

Progress is saved on this device. Classic and Puzzle games have separate saves. There is no Kings account or cloud synchronization. Removing the app can remove progress. An export from Settings lets you keep or voluntarily share a diagnostic copy; the current app cannot import that file. Contact support before deleting the app if you need help with a save.

Sound, haptics, reduced motion and optional region numbers can be changed in Settings. Haptics require compatible hardware; they cannot be felt in a simulator.
